Do you have Buy Now Pay Later option?
This is unavailable.
Are there any refunds, if I change my mind?
Sorry, there are no refunds. All sales are final.

How do I use the discount code?
- Apply code "TUB10" for $10-off for a single purchase from SGD120 for products sold directly on this website
- Apply code "TUB20" for $20-off for a single purchase from SGD200 for products sold directly on this website
- Apply code "TUB30" for $30-off for a single purchase from SGD300 for products sold directly on this website.
Can I split the discount code into two purchases?
The discount code is limited to 1 customer per use for a single purchase.
Can I apply the code for merchandise?
If the product is sold by another platform, the code cannot be used. However, there are discount codes on/by third-party platforms that you can apply during checkout.
Can I apply it for Gift Cards on this website?
Yes, if value of the Gift Cards is at least SGG120 in a single purchase.
I missed out / forgot to input the discount code during checkout, can you refund the $10 discount?
Sorry, there is no refund.
Can I use the discount for commissioned paintings?
Discount codes are only valid for ready-to-buy paintings & postcards on this website.

How long is the discount code valid for?

Gift Cards
What are the denominations?
They are available in SGD10, SGD20, SGD30 and SGD50. You can use them store-wide on this website for ready-to-buy as well as commissioned paintings – excluding merchandise sold by third-party platforms.
How long does it take to issue The Unskilled Boy Gift Card and when do they expire?
Our Gift Cards are issued immediately, they carry no fees and have no expiry date.
How to use the Gift Card?
The recipient can redeem and apply it to an order at checkout.
Do you refund the value and/or balance of the Gift Card?
Sorry, no. Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash.
Can I use my Gift Card and website discount code together for purchases?
You can use only one per purchase.
Can I apply the discount code for my Gift Cards purchase?
Yes, you can apply the code during checkout for a single purchase with a min. S$120 spend.

Below terms and conditions are applicable for the The Unskilled Boy (TUB) electronic Gift Card. By purchasing a TUB Gift Card, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and you agree that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed with these Terms & Conditions (collectively, the “TUB Gift Card Terms & Conditions” or this “Agreement”) and any future amendments and additions to the Terms & Conditions of TUB Gift Card as published from time to time at https://www.theunskilledboy.com/giftcard. You agree that it shall be your responsibility to review the TUB Gift Card Terms & Conditions regularly whereupon continued use of the Gift Card after any such changes, whether or not reviewed by you, shall constitute your consent and acceptance to such changes.
The TUB Gift Card is issued to you by The Unskilled Boy.com. It does not allow you to load a monetary value on to your TUB Gift Card for future purchases at this online store. The TUB Gift Card is to be treated like a virtual cash card. The monetary value of TUB Gift Card is a pre-payment only for the goods and services of The Unskilled Boy e-store. No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection or deposit account is associated with a TUB Gift Card. No interest, dividends or any other earnings on funds loaded on to a TUB Gift Card will accrue or be paid or credited to you by the artist or The Unskilled Boy.com. The value associated with the TUB Gift Card is not insured or guaranteed by any person or entity. Your TUB Gift Card is valid for use on this website store only. Delivery
What is delivery cost?
Delivery in Singapore is free, except Sentosa, Tuas and restricted areas (SGD30). Overseas shipping of SGD55 (with insurance) is borne by the buyer.
How long will my painting reach me?
We'll contact you about delivery once payment is received. Local shipping takes between 3 and 5 working days by Ninja Van, except for the active exhibition period. Exhibition paintings will be delivered when the exhibition ends. Overseas shipping (with tracking) can take between 1 and 20 working days, depending on location and custom clearance.
When do you deliver in Singapore?
Delivery is by Ninja Van in Singapore. A notification will be sent to the recipient once the delivery is picked up and you can track the package.
Delivery from Mondays – Saturdays, 8.30am to 10pm.
No delivery on Sundays, Public Holidays and Eve of Public Holidays.
However, if the artwork is meant to be a gift, please let us know in advance, so that we can gift wrap and expedite the delivery for you.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes. There is a separate delivery charge of SGD55 for a single total order (not exceeding 1kg) when you checkout. This charge includes insurance.
Where have you shipped the artworks to?
USA, UK, France, Germany, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand
Packing
How is my painting packed?
Local delivery: Your painting is securely packed with acid-free paper and bubble-wrapped, before they are handed to the delivery in an eco-friendly paper bag. For larger pieces, from 70cm, all four corners of the painting will be sleeved before transportation.
Overseas shipping: Item will be packed with more layers of acid-free paper, cardboard and styrofoam to prevent damage during transit.

Is the Artist Authenticity Certificate included for commissioned paintings?
Yes, the serialised certificate will be signed by The Unskilled Boy, and sent to you via e-mail. Should you require a hard copy, please let us know.
Third-Party Merchandise
When will I receive my merchandise sold by Zazzle and Red Bubble?
All merchandise are licensed and fulfilled by third-party sellers. Pay direct to merchants. The merchandise's production and delivery will take about 2 weeks.
Does the artist get paid for each merchandise sold?
Yes, the artist gets a small percentage from each sale.
